P R O G R A M
THEY ARE DEVELOPED OVER A PERIOD OF 10 MONTHS AND PREPARED FOR AN EVENTUAL FUTURE PROMOTION.
FOR THE SEVENTH YEAR IN A ROW WE GIVE PARTICULARLY DEDICATED AND TALENTED TEAM MEMBERS, THE OPPORTUNITY FOR PERSONAL
AND PROFESSIONAL GROWTH . THEY HAVE THE CHANCE TO QUALIFY FOR A FURTHER CAREER STEP AS A SENIOR MANAGER WITH HOLMES PLACE.
This Program includes monthly meetings in Berlin and Barcelona (Friday – Sunday)
and monthly tasks/ challenges that are completed in teams:
- Teams need to present results of their tasks each month
- Teams change every month
- You will receive immediate feedback from the board
- We have a point system: you gain and loose points for your collective and individual efforts
- Every task/ challenge has a mentor from the Holmes Place Executive team
- On Friday mentors will kick off the new monthly task with a training session
- On Saturday you will have a challenge that brings you out of your comfort zone
- On Sunday you will work together in your group to prepare the challenge, accompanied by the mentors.response.Write
- On a monthly basis your knowledge will be challenged by 2 on-line tests through a e-learning platform
